The guides and service pages on this site explain plumbing topics in general terms. They are not a diagnosis of your property and not a substitute for an on-site visit by a licensed plumber. Conditions at your property decide what work is needed.
Prices and scope
This site does not publish prices. Work is agreed by phone or on site, and we give you a clear price before work starts. Fees quoted from public sources, such as a township fee schedule, can change, so confirm current figures with the issuing office.
Permits and codes
Permit and inspection requirements vary by job and by municipality. References to the New Jersey plumbing subcode or to township rules are summaries, and the official text controls. Ask your local construction office before work begins.
Emergencies
If there is a fire, a gas smell, a medical emergency or immediate danger to people, leave the area and call 911 or your gas utility first. This website is not an emergency response service for those situations.
